What is SendMeGP?

SendMeGP is a 1-2 year discipleship program where young adults have the unique opportunity to build a foundation with Christ while still having the flexibility to attend a local community college or work at a job to help support their financial needs.

The goal of this discipleship program is to train young people to do what God has called them to do and pursue His plan for their lives. Whether you are called to be a pastor, a women's ministry leader, or to support a church through lay leadership, this program is for you.

Foundational Program
(1 Year/2 Years)

1 day a week (Tue)
Build a foundation with Christ by studying the Bible through completing Bible College classes -Learn how to serve a church.
Receive bi-weekly touch ins with a Pastor for mentorship

Flex Program
(2 Years)

2 days a week (Tue & Thur)
Build a foundation with Christ by studying the Bible through completing Bible College classes -Learn how to serve a church.
Receive bi-weekly touch-ins with a Pastor for mentorship
Be on a strict schedule to become a certified minister through the Assemblies of God

Full-Time Program
(2 Years)

3 days a week (Tue-Thur)
Build a foundation with Christ by studying the Bible through completing Bible College classes
Receive weekly touch-ins with a Pastor for mentorship
Be on a strict schedule to become a licensed minister through the Assemblies of God
Receive pay based on performance in respective ministry track, hours fulfilled, and additional tasks given

When does SendMeGP Begin?

SendMeGP sticks to the standard academic calendar with fall and spring semesters.

What will be be doing during the semester?

During this program, we will be traveling across the world ministering by way of missions trips, school chapels, outreaches across churches in Oregon, as well as learning what it looks like to serve the local church. We also will allow our students to be spiritually fed by traveling to church conferences and OMN events all across the country as well.

How does SendMeGP work?

Our daily operations consist of "intern days" from Tuesdays-Thursdays and Sundays. We have Bible College courses that give students the ability to become licensed ministers, chapel where we grow spiritually, and small groups where interns are given the opportunity to mentor others.

Why SendMeGP?

Throughout their experience working in youth ministry, Pastor Chase and Leanna have been striving to raise up leaders that will stand up for what is right and to go against what the world tells our generation to be like and do. By reaching up to God, reaching out to people, and reaching down to train up others. It is all about making Jesus famous.

Can someone request SendMeGP to help their church?

We are here to serve in whatever capacity we can. Whether it is at our home church (Parkway Christian Center) or in churches all throughout Oregon. We are available for evangelism, outreach, youth services, camps, conferences, and training up young men and women to launch into ministry.
