Hi, it’s Chase and Leanna and we are day 13 on our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting. And we get to encourage you guys today to pray for our families.

Yeah, of course we love this topic and we have two beautiful children. But as I was thinking about this topic, I felt like the Lord prompted us in three areas today to be able to pray for our immediate family. Our spouses and our children, to be able to pray for our extended family, our aunts or uncles or grandparents, cousins, maybe those you don’t often see.

And then, third and finally to be able to pray for the family, that maybe aren’t related to you by blood, but have made it into your family. And as I was thinking about this topic, I was often reminded about how hard the enemy comes at the family unit.

Because if you can wreak havoc inside the family unit, it’s difficult for families to be able to stay so close together and have Jesus be at the forefront.

Father, we just thank you. We thank you for our immediate family, our spouses, our children, Father, any of our spouses or our children who are not with you. Father, we pray for our sons and daughters to come home. We pray for our extended family, our grandparents, our cousins, or aunts and uncles, that Father wherever they may be, whether they’re on the other side of the country or they’re in town, Father, would you just bless them today?

And last, but certainly not least, would you be able to pray for the family members that maybe aren’t connected to us by blood, but that family that is part of ours. And so, Father, would you just be able to allow your Holy Spirit to bless them today? In Jesus name, Amen..
